Overview
Our refund and returns policy is valid for 14 days. If more than 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Clothing can of course be tried on. However, we will not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged due to misuse or items returned more than 14 days after receipt. Please ensure you return all components of your order, including the packing list and attached labels.

Refunds
Once we have processed your return, you will receive your money back via the previously used payment method. Refunds may take between 1 and 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time for your refund to be officially processed.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@ kokos - kaktus .com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange the item for the same item, kaktus email us at kokos and send your item to the return address above.
Send returns
To return your product, you must send your product to the return address stated above.
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are returning more expensive items, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
