What can I do if my size is sold out?

If a product is sold out, you can send an email to info@ kokos - kaktus .com. We will keep you informed of new stock.

Ordered before 6:00 PM on workdays will be shipped within two working days.

Which countries do you ship to?

We ship to all countries in the EU zone.

Is delivery free?

Shipping within the Netherlands is free from €45. For all other countries, shipping costs are free for orders over €150.

What can I do if my order has not yet been delivered?

We always do our best to deliver your order completely and on time. But when people are involved, things can sometimes go wrong. If something is missing or you have any other problem with your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery and we will work our magic. Send your email to info@ kokos - kaktus .com. We try to respond within 24 hours on working days.

How long does the refund take?

Once we have processed your return, you will receive your money back via the previously used payment method. Refunds may take between 1 and 5 business days.

What payment methods are available?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit card (Mastercard, Visa and American Express)
When can I expect my order?

As far as possible and in the normal course of business, the order will be shipped within approximately one to two working days after the order date, provided that your details are correct (for customers in countries other than the Netherlands, the delivery time may vary). Once we have shipped your package, you will receive an email with a track and trace code. Not at home? No problem, the courier will leave instructions on how to collect your package at the nearest post office.

When can I return something?

Clothing can of course be tried on. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, damaged due to misuse or items returned more than 14 days after receipt.

I have a complaint, what now?

That's annoying to hear, but we are happy to solve it with you! Contact us by email. Is it a defect? Please provide a clear description and photos of the defect when you contact us.
